Job Responsibilities:

• Possession of a NIOSH TM Safety Passport is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT systems and equipment
• Experience in conducting preventive maintenance for network infrastructure
• Working hours: Weekdays only

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and related infrastructure
• Respond to service tickets and technical inquiries efficiently and courteously
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify and fulfill their technical requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of issues and resolutions

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: RM70.00 - RM100.00 per day
