Jawatan Kosong Operations Executive in Labuan

Job Description

1. Evaluate the existing warehouse operations and procedures and ensure continuous improvement achieved

2. Develop effective working relationships with your customers, partners and supplier base, both internally and externally

3. Planning & arranging cycle count and year-end stock take

4. Controlling logistics cost in terms of delivery, handling and storage aspects

5. Liaising with the 3rd party logistics company for agreement renewal or Manage current distributor and future warehouse to ensure smooth operation process

6. Finding appropriate forwarders and the 3rd party logistics companies for evaluation

7. Making sure warehouse's month-end cbm inventory is the same as GAC record

8. Monitoring Stock Inventories to Sufficient & Healthy Level

9. Provide leadership by contributing to the planning and execution of E2E Supply Chain processes, providing process improvement suggestions and changes to the deployment model

10. Work closely with Product Management, Sales, System Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Hybrid Services to define necessary requirements for Supply Chain execution in an environment that is becoming increasingly complex and scaling quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
