Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QS / Project Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between our company and designers or architects, ensuring smooth communication and project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• To calculate cost of construction for projects based on drawings, documents and contracts.
• To maintain comprehensive project documentations and processes such as progress claim, reports.
• To coordinate and oversee the work schedule and revise as appropriate to meet requirements
• To assist day-to-day operations of project installation team to ensure smooth running of operations.
• To assist in producing reports, collection and preparation of data to support project performance report
• To attend projects, operations and site meeting to ensure smoothness of project coordination
• To liaise with consultants and clients to monitor project requirements
• To Engage with contractors to problem-solve deviations and arising matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree Quantity Surveying or 2 years experience in the same role.
• Solid understanding of the interior design or architecture industry.
• Proficient in M.excel, AutoCAD, microsoft office
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh grad is encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
