Jawatan Kosong Document Controller in Segamat

• Responsible for controlling of all ISO Quality Management System (QMS) & ISO Environmental Management System (EMS) documents within the company.
• Ensure all department member prompt update ISO documents in system.
• Check and identify any deviation in procedure or work instruction against actual practice in all departments.
• Maintain the orderly of eDoc in the computer system to ensure all Management System documentation are updated and properly control.
• Evaluate process / production that can affect the product compliance against legal and customer requirement.
• Assist Superior in ensuring the company’s Quality Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard
• Ensures the company’s document and data control system in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 standards.
• Receive, review, and process incoming documents/drawings. Ensure documents/drawings are complete, accurate, and conform with organizational standards
• Support on requests for documents update from internal department
• Administer plant wide equipment/tool calibration/maintenance program
• Assist in preparing the QMS weekly/monthly report
• Develop/support best practices and drive for consistent implementation
• Continual improve QMS process effectiveness and efficiency
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
