WIL-KEY INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD Job Vacancies April 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and manage the overall project management and construction activities to ensure health, safety and environment, schedule, cost, scope of works and quality are adhered and achieved.
• Plan, organize, supervise and coordinate all technical, commercial, financial and administrative matters of the projects.
• To plan and prepare project schedule and allocate for the required resources, monitor the progress and take appropriate steps to expedite the project works, when necessary.
• Possess good understanding on the contract document including the project requirements and specifications to ensure the works are compliance with the requirements and specifications.
• Familiar with Condition of Contract.
• Feedback to project Stakeholders on all site related matters including site issues, changes and solution made via meeting or email communication.
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to facilitate project handover
• Prepare monthly project progress report and weekly project update to project Stakeholders
• Produce written meeting minutes for circulation and records

Job Requirement

• 5 - 10 years experience as a Project Manager for major projects preferable flood mitigation projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer will be an added advantage
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and communication)
• Team Player
• Ability to meet tight time schedule
• Experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project etc.
• Willing to travel and relocate based on project requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Base Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
