Job Responsibilities

• Involving in overall project planning from conception to completion stage.
• To assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations of the designs/drawings for construction.
• To check and recommend solutions to the design documents problems, including conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions.
• To liaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.
• To monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards & requirements, procedures, specifications and codes.
• To monitor project costs and schedule performance including proceeding project cost and schedule control when needed.
• To coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents including warranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure completion of final project documentations.
• To liaise with consultants, internal departments authorities and contractors in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certifications.
• To coordinate and control all the architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural construction works on site.
• To ensure projects are executed according to the specifications, schedules and safety requirements.
• To co-ordinate and monitor work performance of workers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of project to meet client's requirement.'

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, excellent client, facing skills, ability to motivate team to meet tight deadline.
• A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
