Key Accountabilities:

• To prepare and ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports for the Management Corporation/Joint Management Body.
• To prepare and execute timely payments to all creditors for SCM-managed developments.
• To review and ensure the accuracy of audited reports and ensure tax returns are submitted on time for SCM-managed developments.
• To monitor and ensure the bank balance, fixed deposits, and bank guarantees for SCM-managed developments are maintained as per JMB/MC requirements.
• To implement and execute appropriate financial policies, documentation controls and procedures effectively.
• To attend Annual General Meeting/ Extraordinary General Meeting / Joint Management Committee/ Management Committee meetings as and when required.
• To plan and execute internal financial audits for SCM-managed developments.
• To provide guidance and training to Accounts Executives in the preparation of the accounts for SCM-managed developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
