Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably someone with previous experience in construction firm.
• Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Independent, self-discipline and self-motivated.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Good financial reporting skills that is timely, accurate and concise.
• Hands-on, strong attention to details and process oriented individual.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Handling full set account, directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, cash flow, budgeting, bank reconciliation, payroll and financial reporting.
• Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular financial status reports to senior management.
• Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
• Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
• Manage and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manage and coordinate tax schedules, returns and information.
• Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required government, payroll, property and other applicable taxes.
