• Jururawat Negeri Berdaftar (SRN) yang berdaftar dengan Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia dan mempunyai sijil amalan yang sah.
• Mempunyai kelayakan kejururawatan pos basik berkaitan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kejururawatan dalam pengajian tinggi kemudahan penjagaan kesihatan akut terkini/ graduan dialukan.
• Kemahiran interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik dengan keupayaan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan pengawasan minimum.
• Matang; kemahiran organisasi yang kukuh dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah.
• Motivasi diri dengan keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam satu pasukan.
