Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Saturday – Wednesday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Half-day on Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: RM300 – RM500
Location: Bangunan BeeNa A Rahman, Jalan Pasir Mas–Pasir Pekan, 16250 Pasir Pekan, Tumpat, Kelantan

1) Assist in responding to customer inquiries and building relationships with resellers and walk-in customers
2) Help prepare quotations, invoices, and monitor order tracking
3) Support in closing sales both online and offline (walk-ins or events)
4) Participate in sales campaigns and assist in tracking performance metrics
5) Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
6) Assist in developing marketing materials and updating product listings
7) Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and market trends
8) Collaborate in content planning and help prepare product highlights or Islamic-themed promotions

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2) Passionate about sales, customer service, and digital marketing
3) Good communication and interpersonal skills
4) Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
5) Creative, eager to learn, and proactive with tasks assigned
6) Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus
