Jawatan Kosong Personal Asistant to Director & Team Leader in Melaka

TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB

• Menyusun jadual harian/mingguan pengarah
• Menjawab dan mengurus mesej penting (WhatsApp, emel, panggilan)
• Mengurus temu janji & peringatan (Google Calendar)
• Menyediakan laporan ringkas harian (summary kerja)
• Bertindak sebagai pemandu kepada pengarah untuk urusan rasmi/syarikat
• Membantu Team Leader untuk urusan luar pejabat (penghantaran barang, semakan tapak, beli barang projek, dsb.)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Experience:

• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
