Job Responsibilities:

• To keep full set of accounts, able to maintain accounts up to Trial Balance
• Bank Reconciliation, monitor cash flow
• Maintain the fixed assets schedule
• Handle Account Receivable & Account Payable reporting
• Supervise and guide account assistant on the daily accounting function
• Handle the general accounting related function and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the managment.
• Handle yearly budget and audit

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer Leterate, Independent, Good Interpersonal, Self Motivate, Able to keep full set of accounts, knowledge and Standard
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
