Jawatan Kosong Clinic Assistant in Sibu

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner
In- charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries
Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic
Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status
Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.
Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in
Manage simple account and billing matters
Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum diploma and above or Diploma in Nursing is preferable
Fresh grad (any Medical Related Field) OR with working experience
Attentive with good work ethics
Language Proficiency: English, Malay, or Chinese
Able to communicate fluently
Customer service oriented and friendly disposition
Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
Skills: Computer, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
