1) Supervise and ensure all quality control activities, processing flow, verification activities and schedule in the online process comply to ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, OSHA and customer requirements.
2) Supervise and ensure the inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, finished goods and SOPs fulfil requirements.
3) Support in production line during ISO, HACCP, GMP, HALAL and OSHA audit.
4) Interface with production team for the problem solving.
5) Investigate, analysis, identify and resolve quality related problem, customer’s complaint and recommend solutions for continual quality improvement.
6) Coordinate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain quality standards
7) Supervise and ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation in factory area.
8) Supervise and ensure the proper cleanliness and personal hygiene of workers.
9) Weekly and monthly pest control inspection.
10) Carry out monthly internal verification and calibration.
11) Prepare product sample to send to external lab.
12) Train QC leader/assistant leader and workers on quality and hygiene practices.
13) Daily report to QA/QC/Halal Manager.
14) Supervise the QC record in production.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
