Skill and experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in the insurance industry;
• Possess a degree / diploma in any discipline.
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player

Job Scope

• Respond to inquiries and correspondence from the clients and prepare appropriate responses effectively;
• Follow-up with insurers on policy documents and endorsements, policy checking, notify insurer of any discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding matters;
• Obtain quotations from insurers for new client, reviewing the terms to ensure it meets client's requirements;
• Ensure proper billing to clients as per agreed terms;
• Monitoring client's renewal;
• Designing Broking Slips to suit the client's needs;
• Ensure all client documentations are appropriately filed.
• Any other relevant duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior/management.
