Jawatan Kosong Finance Assistant in City

Job Description

• Assist in preparing a full set of accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, and a variety of other information
• Analyzing and interpreting financial information
• Assure that information complies with professional and regulatory standards
• Ensure that data supports budgeting and forecasting requirements
• Perform monthly closing promptly
• Ensure all cost and revenue are accurately recorded in the system and ensure all the subs modules are reconciled with the general ledger
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretaries and tax agent

Job Requirements

• Diploma & Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level colleagues.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining is must have
• Familiar with invoicing, AR & AP process
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting software is an added advantage
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
