Salary: MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,000 Per Month
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or LAM Part 2 equivalent
• 3-8 years experience in medium-scale commercial projects (new build and A&A)
• Experience in project implementation and contract administration
• Involvement from design stage to CPC and CCC completion
• Knowledge of PAM Contract, JCT Management Building Contract, UBBL and authority requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketch-up, BIM (Revit)
• Project management software knowledge (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, Team Binder) preferred
Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Project Architects in project implementation and contract administration
• Chair Client-Consultant Meetings and Technical Coordination Meetings
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other parties to resolve design and site issues
• Produce Design Development Drawings, Tender Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Review and respond to Shop Drawings and RFIs independently
• Assist in preparation and issuance of Architect's Instructions (AI)
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements
• Manage project documentation and correspondence
