Salary RM7000 to 10000

Infrastructure and Building Construction Industry

Contract Management

Draft, evaluate negotiate and execute contracts throughout all phases of business development and execution

Contractual Expertise

Possess strong knowledge of pricing / rates, contract conditions, preparation of Bills of Quantities, subcontractor payment, joint measurement for claims, variation orders (VO) and extensions of time (EOT)

Advisory Services

Provide legal and contractual advice on all company related matters including claims, arbitration and commercial requirements

Contract Lifecycle management

Monitor and manage the completion, extension or amendment of contracts, ensuring smooth contract close-out

Record Keeping

maintain accurate records of all contract / legal-related correspondence and documentation

Legal Issue Management

Handle all legal matters for the company and liaise with HQ and corporate legal personnel

Compliance and Risk

Ensure all compliance and risk -related issues are managed in accordance with current operating requirements

Subcontract Agreements

Prepare subcontract agreements, work orders and purchase orders

Claims and Final Accounts

Prepare claims and manage the final accounts settlement

Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant studies with more than 5 – 8 years of industrial experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
