Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Kuala Terengganu

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software ( SQL ) and E-INVOICE
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

JOB SCOPE

1. Financial Accounting

• Maintain full sets of accounts and ensure accurate, timely posting of transactions.
• Assist in preparing daily, monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims.
• Issue invoices, update receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Bank & Cash Management

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
• Ensure proper recording and documentation of all cash and bank transactions.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist with SST submissions, tax schedules, and audit documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements.

5. Documentation & Administrative Support

• Maintain organised filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Provide administrative assistance and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on financial matters.

6. Other Duties

• Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by Management.

WORKING DAY AND HOURS
SATURDAY TO THURSDAY 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM
ONCE TWO WEEKS , ADDITIONAL LEAVE ON SATURDAY
*Annual Leave – 14 Days Entitlement for Employees with Less Than 2 Years of Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
