JAWATAN KOSONG: HR MANAGER

Lokasi: Kota Bharu

Factory Mobile sedang mencari calon berpengalaman dalam bidang Sumber Manusia (HR) untuk membantu mengurus dan membangunkan pasukan kami di seluruh cawangan!

Tanggungjawab:

• Mengurus proses recruitment & onboarding pekerja baharu
• Menyelaras latihan & pembangunan (TNA) bagi staf
• Melaksanakan sistem penilaian prestasi yang telus
• Mengurus payroll, faedah & kebajikan pekerja
• Menangani isu disiplin & hubungan pekerja
• Pastikan semua amalan HR patuh pada undang-undang buruh
• Menyokong pelaksanaan perubahan organisasi & budaya kerja positif

Kelayakan:

• Ijazah / Diploma dalam bidang HR / Pengurusan / setara
• Pengalaman 2 tahun ke atas dalam bidang HR
• Kemahiran komunikasi & kepimpinan yang baik
• Mahir Microsoft Office, HR system & rekod dokumen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
