All nationalities welcome – Must be based in Johor or Singapore and able to travel for daily SG outlet visits

Location: Singapore, Sentosa (Luxury Hotel / In-Room Dining & Restaurant Service)
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Day Work Week)
Shift Timing: Afternoon shift

About the Role

Join a leading hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
We are looking for experienced Service Crew professionals who are passionate about hospitality and ready to provide warm, seamless service to our hotel guests.

If you have a background in F&B service or in-room dining and enjoy working in a refined yet fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive and professional table or in-room service to hotel guests.
• Take food & beverage orders accurately and serve promptly.
• Set up and clear dining areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with food preparation or plating as needed.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service issues quickly and politely.
• Work closely with the kitchen and hotel operations team to ensure smooth service flow.

What We’re Looking For

• F&B experience required – hotel restaurant or in-room dining experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work 6 days a week on afternoon/evening shifts.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude, grooming, and punctuality are a must.
