Position : Beauty Business Consultant

Location : IOI Putrajaya , Alamanda Putrajaya & Dpuzle Cyberjaya !

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on beauty products, treatments, and services.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable beauty solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support sales growth through product demonstrations, presentations, and upselling.
• Conduct training sessions for clients or team members on product knowledge.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in beauty consulting, sales, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
