Jawatan Kosong CHARGEMAN BO 11KV in Segamat

• To assist Facility Manager in managing Hospital Support Services (Facility Engineering Maintenance Services, Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services, Linen and Laundry Services, Cleansing Services and Healthcare Waste Management Services).
• To assist your superior in Minimising Deduction/Penalty/ Critical Events, prevent any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA) that can cause damages or losses to the Company by the Contract Hospital; timely attended all the Work orders raised by the hospital staff and achieve good customer feedback survey.
• To assist your superior in ensuring that Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) are according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirements & Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Project Operation Guidelines, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.
• Assisting your superior in planning, organizing, directing, implementing, controlling, managing and supervising vendors’ maintenance staff in carry out their day to day duties and responsibilities.
• As a first line respondent to any complaints lodged by Hospital personnel.
• Operation and maintenance either of the 33 KV, 11 KV or 415 V electrical system.
• Daily inspection on the electrical main switch board (LV, HT & Transformer).
• Handle Electrical Consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition.
• To ensure Hospital building electrical is maintained effectively and comply with Energy Commission requirement.
• To ensure that Hospital Substation Equipment Installations is executed in such a manner that meets the quality specified as well as safety and health requirements.
• To ensure that installations comply to latest Energy Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Plan and oversee Hospital Building Facilitation of works and projects.
• Plan and carryout Hospital Building Maintenance works or reimbursable work.
• Work closely with Sustainability Program Department (Energy Management Services, Indoor Air Quality and 3R) and its appointed Consultants to ensure successful implementation of these programs at site.
• To assist your superior in managing and monitoring closely monthly Mapping, Deduction and hospital assets.
• Manage and implement hospital program effectively; handle customers’ grievances, complaints and dissatisfaction; providing feedback to customers and top management.
• Responsible to manage, lead, motivate, train and coach your subordinates so that their performance and competency level are high and acceptable to the company’s requirements.
• Responsible to build good rapport with the customers and enhance Company’s image by providing high quality services to them from time to time.
• As a Safety and Health Representative at your Service Centre, Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 50001/ISO 55001 / ISO 13485 or OHSAS 18001) and Second Party Auditor (Supplier’s Audit) for the Company.
• To provide periodical Operations Performance and Condition Appraisal Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for improvement
• To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001, OHSAS 18001 standards), Quality Assurance Program and Company’s rules and regulations.
• To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values.
• Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
