Jawatan Kosong Accounts Executive in Kangar

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur branch. The successful candidate will provide support to the accounts department by handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build their career in accounting and finance.

Location: 165-1, Jalan Sarjana, Taman Connaught, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents.
• Support in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Perform data entry and ensure timely updates of accounting systems.
• Assist in month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and reports.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounts department.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other departments when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
