Jawatan Kosong BARISTA in Kota Bharu

Customer Service

Always greet customers and ensure they have a positive and friendly experience while in the outlet.

Take orders and prepare them in an orderly manner.

Coffee Preparation

Must know how to prepare beverages according to the established SOP.

Have basic knowledge of espresso, latte art, and coffee beans.

Understand how to froth and steam milk for lattes and cappuccinos.

Menu Knowledge

Be knowledgeable about the entire menu, including types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and the flavor profile of each beverage, including food items.

Be able to recommend drinks and food based on customers' preferences.

Cash Handling and POS System

Capable of accurately processing payments.

Must be proficient in operating the cash register and POS system for orders and transactions.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

Ensure the bar area and lobby area are always clean.

Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good condition.

Clean and service coffee machines, grinders, and other tools.

Ensure that tables, the area under tables, chairs, floors, and mirrors are always neat and clean.

Stock and Inventory
