Job Scope:

• To liaise with client for document collections, compiling and analysing project data.
• Keeping up to date on regulations compliance.
• Preparing proposal, reports, defining outcomes and timeline for each project.
• Providing daily support to the project team as directed by management.
• To ensure all data obtained is for company used only.
• Carrying out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in related field such as Business Management / Accounting.
• Excellent command of written English & traditional Chinese in reporting is a must.
• Good communication skills in both spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized in performing writing tasks.
• Possess an analytical mind to process information from various sources.
• Working experience in legal firm, company secretary or related profession industry will be added advantage.
