We are Looking for Project Manager for Projek Membina Jalan & Jambatan di Pekan, Pahang.

• Have minimum 5 Year experience in construction industry especially in road & Bridge construction or related experience
• Able to work in Pekan Pahang
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor other related field
• Familiar with BIM requirements

Scope

• To manage and oversee the respective projects.
• To identify and establishing the scope of works, the budget allocated, the work programmed and the quality requirements & acceptance criteria for the projects undertaken by the company.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Master in Work Programmed using Microsoft Project/Primavera
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• On call

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
