Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and conduct cost comparisons for HR/Finance/Commercial programs and initiatives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis and reporting.
• Perform statistical analysis to interpret HR/Finance/Commercial metrics and trends.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management based on data insights.
• Maintain accurate HR/Finance/Commercial databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Handle HR/Finance/Commercial projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in data analysis will be an added advantages.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
