Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate of A|X Armani Exchange, you will represent the brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premium sales team within each store. You will be responsible for delivering the best shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador while providing excellent customer services to customers
• Achieve monthly and yearly business objectives and KPI targets
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories
• Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and delivers company's customer service standards, as well as develop the customer database
• Perform stock replenishment and maintain store presentation standards

Requirement

• With at least 1 years’ experience in fashion retail, preferably from luxury brands.
• Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player
• Sales driven and customer-oriented
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
• Able to work on rotating retail shift, weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
