Perwatakan: Seorang yang peramah diperlukan (SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE)
(Jika ada pengalaman Farmasi/Retail/Klinik dialu-alukan)
Pendidikan : Boleh memahami dan membaca bahasa inggeris mudah
Syarat lain : Tiada masalah kesihatan mental & fizikal

Tugasan/tanggungjawab

• Membantu pelanggan setiap masa dengan baik dan mesra
• Membantu pelangan dengan mesra dalam memberikan maklumat produk/perubatan dari segi ubat/supplement
• Memastikan produk sedia ada dan paparan produk dalam keadaan baik dan mengamalkan FEFO dan FIFO dalam inventori
• Terima barang masuk dan menyimpan barang dan terlibat dalam kawalan dan pengurusan stok
• Bertanggungjawab dalam memberi maklumbalas kepada pertanyaan dan aduan
• Memastikan tag harga dilekatkan pada produk dan kenal pasti promosi produk terkini dipamerkan dengan baik
• Bertanggungjawab mengedalikan mesin pembayaran tunai dan kad
• Memastikan kedai dalam keadaan bersih dan kawalan keselamatan terjaga

Duties/responsibilities (Training Provided)

• Attends and assists customer, provide product information, find product they are looking for and advice and guidance on product selection
• Ensures product visibility and product display and practice FEFO and FIFO on inventory
• Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management
• Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary
• Attaches prices tags and keeps up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
• Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow
• Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
