Jawatan Kosong HR & Admin Assistant in Seremban

Job Responsibility :

1) To develop, assesses, and administer training programs for employee and development needs for the Company (source of training, registration and claimable of HRDF).

2) Update database of personal file (new joiner , resigning & etc)

3) Checking attendance and managing monthly payroll processing.

4)Perform data entry time card transaction.

5)Assist of foreign workers matter ( purchase Fomema form, purchase insurance renewal into PLKS system)

6) Updating leave, MC into software.

7)Update medical claim reimbursement

8) Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration, HR or any related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in managing training, employee engagement activities and company events.
• Good conversant & writing skills in English are advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• FRESH GRADUATEs ARE WELCOME.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
