Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in locating the products they need.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking when required.
• Manage customer complaints or escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
• Willing to work on pre-planned shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
