Jawatan Kosong Marketing Executive in Temerloh

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will help plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across many platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Brand Promotion:
Implement marketing campaigns that align with Proton's brand guidelines and business objectives. This includes organizing promotional events, digital marketing initiatives, and traditional advertising efforts.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation & Digital Engagement:
Develop and manage content for digital platforms, including websites and social media channels. Utilize social media advertising to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
Work closely with sales and service team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and timely execution of campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports to assess the impact of campaigns and recommend improvements.

Brand Consistency & Compliance:
Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain Proton's brand identity and comply with corporate standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or related industries.

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Working Hours:
Must be available to work:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
