Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries using AutoCount
• Prepare and verify sales invoices and official receipts
• Monitor debtor aging and follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in basic monthly financial reporting
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

• Experience using AutoCount accounting system
• Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting/admin
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently

Additional Information:

• 3-month probation
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS upon confirmation
• Stable and structured working environment
