Jawatan Kosong Cafe Supervisor in Kubang Pasu

1) Responsible for scheduling, timekeeping, mid and end of season appraisals, and daily supervision staff

2) Accurately schedule staff

3) document daily pre-shift meetings and conduct all staff meetings as needed

4) Ensure the health and safety of staff and customers in the café

5) Proper guest service requires an employee staff that is thoroughly trained in service sequence, product knowledge, and makes every effort to meet the needs of each and every guest

6) Responsible for cash handling, safe verification and daily deposits for multiple locations

7) Ordering and Inventory monthly

8) Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professorially communicating daily with outlet manager

9) Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the outlet manager and F&B team to implement agreed upon strategies, practices, and promotions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
