Jawatan Kosong Operations Manager in Shah Alam

Job Description

• Lead in the planning, coordination and monitoring of daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyse operational data and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Oversee the training and development of operational staff to drive continuous skill enhancement
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and company policies
• Contribute to the development and execution of the department's strategic goals

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an operational management or supervisory role, preferably within the palm oil manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Demonstrated ability to optimise workflows, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Willing to travel whenever required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
