✔ Experience in basic clinical care & home visits
✔ Caring, reliable & good communication / rapport with patients
✔ Able to travel for home visits

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform home care visits
Document visits and follow-up care

• Support postnatal mothers & basic patient monitoring
