Jawatan Kosong Executive Housekeeper in Bentong

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the skills to uphold our resort’s high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas consistently meet and exceed quality standards.
• Manage and lead a dedicated housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols, inspection routines, and quality assurance measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to accommodate guest needs, from special requests to event preparations.
• Maintain inventory control of housekeeping supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Uphold safety and health standards across the property.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, ideally in a resort or large hotel setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with a capacity to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency in managing housekeeping budgets and inventory.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Willingness to work in Bukit Tinggi, Pahang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
