Jawatan Kosong HUMAN RESOURCES TELUK INTAN in Hilir Perak

• Responsible for Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, performance evaluation / review & employee relations.
• Issuance of staff appointment letter, confirmation, memorandums extension and any other documents related to staff employment.
• To process, prepare and print out salary report fortnightly and arrange document for submission to the bank and responsible for all statutory payments on timely basis to EPF, SOCSO, etc.
• To handle disciplinary issue, staff counseling, motivation and other industrial or employee relation matters.
• To monitor employee's performance appraisal and probation.
• Other ad-hoc task are assigned by Managing Director as when required.
• To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of all HR functions IE. maintenance of employee's personnel file, payroll, employee's attendance record, leave records etc.
• Visit outlet / Job fairs for recruitment
• PAYROLL HR2000 WILL SCONSIDER PRIORITY.

• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources/Accounts or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to travel.(Possess own transport)
