Job Description:

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Train, motivate and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts and bartenders.
• Ensure smooth service flow, managing reservations, seating and guest flow.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and organization of dining area.
• Provide assistance to the kitchen when needed to support overall operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor's degree and above are preferable.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operation and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in the working house, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
