Job Scope:

• Develop and implement strategies to manage stock levels, including forecasting, ordering, and replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Supervise the organization and arrangement of stock within the warehouse to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
• Ensure efficient stock retrieval and storage processes to support the workshop's operational needs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of inventory or warehouse staff to ensure smooth and effective stock management operations.
• Develop and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover rates, stock accuracy, and financial metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for inventory improvements and cost reductions based on data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Implement new technologies or systems to enhance inventory tracking and management efficiency.
• Ensure all inventory management practices comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and practices.
