Location: Tanjung Food Hub, WP Labuan

Position: Part Time Service Crew
Type: Part-Time
Shift Hours: Evening shifts (from 3:30pm to 11.30pm)
Reports To: Manager/FOH Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of surrounding areas throughout your shift
• Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash and using a POS system
• Work with the team to maintain smooth operations, especially during peak hours
• Follow health and safety standards for cleanliness and food handling
• Step into operational roles when needed, including cashiering, or assisting with cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service role is preferred
• A strong passion and willingness to learn or improve service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy evening environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays (as needed)
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual
