Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain or any other relevant field.
• Experience in shipping/ warehouse management will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical skill, good leadership and management skill.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forwarded for any unsolved shipment matter.
• Verify billing of invoicing before submitting to account for billing purpose.
• Discuss with relevant party such as planner, production team, QC team which related to shipment matter.
• Attend meeting with forwarder, government body regarding to shipment matter.
• Verify and confirm with shipping document which traceability and controlled with proper filing.
• Confirm radiation before container release to port.
• Identify root cause and evaluate corrective action of any discrepancy.
