Management Trainee (Operations / Admin)

Salary:

• RM 4,000 (Basic)
• RM 4,500 upon confirmation

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

• 6 off days per month
• 9 working hours per shift with 1–2 hours break (subject to outlet operations)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Management Trainees to support and learn daily operations across service-based businesses such as F&B, spa, or salon. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop into future leaders through hands-on operational exposure and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily outlet operations (F&B / Spa / Salon)
• Learn operational workflows, customer service standards, and team coordination
• Support outlet managers in daily reporting and operations
• Participate in departmental rotations to gain multi-functional exposure
• Uphold service quality, hygiene, and operational standards
• Demonstrate strong learning attitude and adaptability
