About the role:

This role is ideal for law graduates or individuals interested in conveyancing, documentation, and client relationship management. In this full-time role, you will support our legal and customer-facing operations by managing documentation for Sales & Purchase Agreements (SNP), liaising with law firms, and assisting customers throughout their land purchasing process.

What you'll be doing:

• Becoming the main point of contact for customers regarding their land purchase progress
• Assisting customers with questions about the SNP process, documentation, timelines, and legal steps
• Coordinating and arranging appointments for SNP reading sessions with customers and our panel law firms
• Ensuring all required documents (IC, geran, payment proofs, consent forms, etc.) are complete before submission
• Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation for all customer and legal files

What we're looking for:

• Fresh law graduates are encouraged to apply - no chambering required!
• Certificate LLB needed
• Basic understanding of conveyancing, land matters or property law (bonus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain legal processes clearly to customers
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to handle documentation and administrative legal tasks
