Jawatan Kosong Project Planner in Kota Tinggi

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients to define project scope, objectives, and specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive construction plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project timelines and milestone, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule.
• Allocate and manage construction resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Handle schedule changes, conflicts, and adjustments efficiently and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating resources for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with project leads and supervisors to ensure that project schedules align with the overall project plan.
• Provide support in creating project timelines and assisting with critical path analysis.
• Maintain a clear and organized record of schedules for each project, updating them as necessary.
• Communicate schedule changes and updates to the relevant project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction project planning and scheduling, preferably Infrastructure works.
• Familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing construction project requirements and priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Location Requirement:

• This position will be based in Kota Tinggi, Johor.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in above-mentioned location.
