The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park. We are looking for build our Park team and would like to invite aspiring individuals to apply for the following role: Landscape Supervisor (The Exchange TRX) As Landscape Supervisor play a pivotal role in shaping the natural beauty of our community space. Your duties include but not limited to the following:

• Oversee the maintenance of the park's landscape, which includes planting, irrigation, and horticultural practices to ensure a vibrant and sustainable environment.
• Develop and implement landscaping plans, considering seasonal variations and community preferences.
• Monitor and manage the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other landscape materials.
• Collaborate with Corporate Management Office in designing and executing special projects and events.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field.
• Diploma/Degree is Landscape or Horticulture is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
• Able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.

• This is a 24-month contract role.
• This role requires you to work on shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
• You will enjoy 22 days annual leave per annum + 3 days wellbeing leave.
