About the role

Job Responsibilities:

Control

• To strictly adhere to SOP, GMP and Safety procedures. In any event of any accident, ensure itis reported to the superior and Safety Officer.
• To ensure all activities must comply with GMP, GDP procedures and other regulatory requirements.
• To ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed and maintain accordingly.
• To ensure all stock inside the Warehouse tally with SAP Training
• To ensure that objectives set are adhere to and assign relevant improvement project to departmental staffs.

Operations

• To ensure all material are sufficient for production activity and adhere production schedule.
• To ensure raw material and packaging material received from supplier tally with document and update on the system.
• At same time quality assurance guideline follows adequately.
• To demonstrate a clear understanding of the lean transformation plan including right first-time quality, waste elimination and improve efficiency.
• To minimize deviation and focus on improving right first-time.
• To assist in preparing annual warehouse budget and capital expenditure.
• To control warehouse expenses, execute based on timeline and within the budget. To ensure timely delivery of correct raw material and packaging material to Production and Packing section.
• To ensure Finished Goods is delivered on time to the customer with proper documentation.
• Ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5s in WarehouseTo check and ensure the equipment and balances are in good condition and calibrated according to schedule.
• To ensure warehouse environment followed as per specification.
• To conduct the stock, take activity as per Standard Operating Procedure.

Documentation

• To review all relevant documents and records (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure, Deviation, Change Control, Stock Card, etc.)

About you

Job Requirement:

• Must possess a Diploma/Degree in Management/Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1-2 working experiences in warehouse setting (inbound & outbound).
• Exposure in pharmaceutical/medical device/food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Language proficiency and written skill in English as well as relevant computer skills (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, etc).
• Good interpersonal skill, a team player, initiative, responsible and committed to work.
