What you'll be doing

• Assist in supplier selection, quotation comparison, and order processing.
• Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for order accuracy.
• Handle inventory checks and support cost-saving initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese as a working language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
