Salary: MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000 Per Month
Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• LAM Part 2 registration preferred
• 1-3 years experience in related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office
• 3D Max, Rhino, BIM Modelling (Revit, ArchiCAD, Microstation) are advantages
Responsibilities:
• Assist Senior Design Architect in developing 2D/3D drawings and visuals
• Prepare design documentation and presentation materials
• Liaise and coordinate submissions with Local Authorities and Consultants
• Develop design concepts based on senior architect's intent
• Support project documentation and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with project teams on design development
